Well, my blog posts are going to be out of order because I am waiting for pictures from Courtney of my last night in Flagstaff so I will post about that after I post about the move.
Thursday afternoon, my family met me in Flagstaff and we headed up to Utah! The next day, we went with the Jensens to the mall, my parents and Dawnica did a little shopping. While we were at the mall, stuart and I did one of those bungie tampolines. I only have picture of Stuart on it though, and they aren't very good, but you get the idea.
After our bungie adventures, we headed over to the school that I will be student teaching at. My mom wanted to see it, and of course my dad wanted to get a picture. I get to meet the teacher I will be working with this Wednesday and I am pretty excited about that.
After seeing the outside of what looks to be any other elementary school (haha), we took the long way home down State street so I would know the way to go if I chose to ride my bike. Despite the fact that it is almost a 17 mile ride, I really would like to try it. All I have to do is change my last name to Emanuelson and I won't have any problems. Haha. We spent the rest of Friday evening playing games and enjoying one another's company. The Jensens have this awesome game called The Totally Insane Card Game. It's kind of like Uno, but you are supposed to cheat, and believe me, Stuart did his fair share of that.
Saturday the girls and boys split, and the girls went to an outlet store in Draper while the boys went to the church history museum in Salt Lake. That night we had the Opel-Jensen traditional steak dinner and everyone played games while I worked on my homework.
My new ward seems like it will be fun. I met my new bishop, and introduced myself in the fifth Sunday meeting. I am not going to lie though, sacrament meeting was a little strange. It was all about music which was great, but the whole time they were begging people to join their ward choir. Overall, the meeting was good, and I enjoyed the musical numbers, but their plee to get people in the choir was a little strange. Oh well, I guess when the bishop of a ward feels he needs to do something, he should just do it and not worry about how strange it might be.
Yesterday was my last day with my family. After we got all of their things packed and my room set up, My parents took me to lunch at Wingers. Here are some pictures of my room if anyone is curious... lol.
When I was finished setting up, my dad said that it looked like me, so hopefully, I will feel comfortable with the new room. :)
Stuart and I had fun in the back of the car on the way to Wingers.
When the Jensens got home from work, we all headed down to the hospital in Mount Pleasant where Dawnica and Kody thought that were going to have a baby. Unfortunately, a variety of nurses said a variety of things to Dawnica and Kody, and after a 22 hour day in the hospital, no baby Peter arrived.
Well, I am ready to get going today! I will hopefully keep up with this blog as time passes! Love and miss you all!
Loves and hugs,
Jenny :)

ok, so we miss you already but we are so glad you get to have that experience and that you have your "other parents" to live with.

Yup that room does look like yours :). I love you and I will get you pictures when I can. I just haven't really been home much. When I get home from work I do with Joe. Wish you could have been with me to pick out my birthday outfit. Love you lots!
